Dear Community Members,
Exciting news: we still have openings in our upcoming 6th grade class, with a few seats available in 7th and 8th as well. At PFFS, we prioritize student support, active engagement, and deeper learning. Our project-based approach centers on community building, human rights, and environmental justice, helping students grow as thoughtful, curious learners.

In compliance with A.R.S. §15-189.05, teacher compensation information for this school is provided. The average salary includes compensation plus performance pay but does not include supplemental compensation.
Average salary of all teachers employed in prior year 2025-2026 – $57,837
Average salary of all teachers employed in prior year 2026-2027 – $59,002
Increase in average teacher salary from the prior year 2025 – $1,165
Percentage increase – 2%
